A Guatemalan girl with a cotton roll in her mouth after a tooth extraction holds a blanket and hygiene kit. Though she is unable to smile, she is happy with these gifts the Hirsche Smiles Foundation humanitarian dentists and assistants gave her in May. They collect and carry hygiene kits, fleece blankets and stuffed animals in their baggage speficially for the children.
